Read Psalm 139: 13-15 Showing up to some opportunities in life can be intimidating. It is like David facing a giant. This young teenager was simply no match for this experienced, super-sized soldier. Nevertheless, David showed up ready for victory. He knew that he was 'tailor-made' for the moment. In Psalm 139, David pens a beautiful tribute to the creation of mankind. He uses the phrase, "I am fearfully and wonderfully made..." David had a rich sense of identity that was informed by the reality God had masterfully designed him for his purpose.
In the same passage, he illustrates God as being a custom tailor who 'knitted' him together in his mother's womb and 'intricately wove' him into a unique individual. Whatever you are facing today step into it with this understanding. You were tailor-made for this moment. It doesn't matter how big the giant or how powerful the foe, God has equipped to fulfill your destiny and achieve your purpose.

In his fearful and wonderful designing, he created you with passions and attributes that uniquely serve the reason for your existence. Don't be afraid. Don't be intimidated. You were chosen 'for such a time as this!"
